Our products are handmade in small batches, so color and shape may differ from what’s shown on our website. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please send us a photo or email regarding your purchase within 72 hours of when you received your shipment, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

In the event that we have to issue you a refund – Lovandlis.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
